Key fob with pointed bottom and pointed top. Measures 2 3/16" at base and is 4 1/4" tall. Neck is 7/8" wide. Cost: $65. 

Mallet slot punch dies can be made straight or arched to the size you need. They are used in many holsters, guitar straps, belt ends and saddle dies as well as many more.
